I am an old soldier and ex power lifter who is in the process of reinvention. Bad Shoulders and elbows prevent me from lifting "Heavy" or competing anymore but I still love to throw the weights around. I just turned 43 and there is still so much for me to accomplish. Regardless of where I end up, I'm going to make sure the ride there is the best it can be.
