Just got my challenge coin and my signed book last night. They couldn't have come at a better time, I've been struggling a bit lately, and I needed the reminder that I can get through anything, I just can't lie down and take it.

Christine,I know what its like to struggle. I think you will find the book helpful and I hope you keep coming back and checking in with us. We want to encourage you and help you keep moving forward. Everyone here has been great at helping me with staying motivated and I know it can really help you. Remember, you can't be defeated unless you quit or die (to quote a wise man).
