AN ONLINE SHOW WITH MACK

This is simply a possiblity at this point - BUT, let's say we hypothetically had an online show available here at NDCQ.COM featuring Mack. What are some topics you would like him to discuss? What is important to you? What would you want to hear/learn from him?

Situation Update - All Good!

The homeless family of four have been gone for a couple weeks now and I have a new job! Yes folks there are companies that will hire people over 65 years old and they are not just Starbucks and WalMart. The key to getting a good job once you have been out of work for a long time is to keep swinging the bat - NDCQ.

Im Glad for You

You're finding employment encourages me. I will begin looking this summer when I graduate with my over 50 college degree! That persistance paid off.

Happy for you!

Good things happen to good people! NDCQ :)

Hell Week

With a homeless family of four living in my one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, I have just finished my own "hell week." Certainly nothing physical, but it has been a mental challenge. So I think it woud be great to hear his approach to mental challenges like that using Hell Week as a starting point. A couple friends asked me if I had thought about resorting to drink.

You are a great person

Hats off to you for taking them in, in spite of how difficult it makes things for you. Earplugs? Deb

Getting through set backs...

Deb knows that I've been sidelined in the last week by a very upset gallbladder that needs to be removed. I'm working hard at not being discouraged. I'd love to know Mack's strategy for getting through setbacks that happen.

Fear

Hello Mandy,

It would be great to learn more about dealing fear, the little voice inside that sometimes screams for all the wrong reasons.

Learn an good breathing technique

How to become mental and psychical stronger

Learn to recognize when your body says stop.

How to take control over yourself and your life

More everyday examples. More exercises to do at home.

It would be great if it would be possible to discuss some of the issues with Mack!

Franscoise, taking control of life

I drifted with the wind a while, but the biggest thing that helped me was deciding I was tired of everyone and everything else having control and then always jsut putting out fires and coping with fallout. Honestly, a lot is just making up your mind to do it and then starting out in one small area of your life, the least challenging first, and building on that sucess. You can't change everything at once. You will get stronger and more confident as you go. The biggest obstacle is facing the fear, of others, of making the wrong choices, all that stuff. But thats what NDCQ and the gang is here for, encourage you to keep going! Deb

Leadership

His thoughts on the role of leadership in career or in family life either one (or both!)

Top ten life lessons he learned in the military (if he can get a list down to that short, lol)

Personally, i want to know exactly what "killer instinct" means (from Deadliest warrior) if thats not to far out into the weird zone.

linear and circular

I just ran accross a couple of videos on applying combat tactics to everday life with Mack on YouTube. They were short and broken up but I got a little hint at a conversation on circular and linear attacks and dealing with them, (verbal and non-verbal). Dude! I need that whole conversation!! Drowning in that crap!!! LOL If I get five minutes I'll post those clips over here in the video section but there is major expounding upon needed! Thanks Man, Deb
