My review of Mack's book UTWW

This Book ROCKS!

This book is AMAZING.  It's been difficult for me to put it down in order to eat, sleep, and workout.  Like I said in my post, I have highlighted and/or underlined almost every word!  There are so many actionable principles to put into practice.  It is EXACTLY what I was looking for and I wish there was a workbook, and sequels.  I am eagerly awaiting MORE from the team of Mack!!!!!

I love this book!

What I love best about this book is that its written in plain english not "therapy speak" like so many self-help books. In spite of saying that, its deep enough to make you re-read sentances to make sure you got the whole thing wrapped around your head! There is so much in here its hard to pick out the best part but I can say the grid for defining your target priorities helped me immediately sort out if I should make my college classes or finishing my parenting classes cirriculum the biggest target. At 50+ both are straining my brain, but I am going with what excites me the most and is the most vital to me while I maintain the other. Keep writing dude, you have a lot worth hearing to say!
